Feel free to be inspired by the type of event and by the ample opportunities of activities possible at Haldbjerg. We will be happy to support you in choosing agenda for the day that will fulfill your objectives and wishes for the event.
Oversigt
The business meeting
Let our large fire cabins or the open sky serve as the setting for your next meeting. We will adapt the setup to your needs and to the weather. If you need to share knowledge via screen, or have the sister department join you in an online meeting from another location, it is also an possibility.
You can choose to end the meeting with an activity that concludes your day together.
We suggest e.g. a joint cooking over the bon-fire, a guided walk or mountain bike ride in nearby Gribskov, or a nice beer or gin tasting session with local products, just to mention a few opportunities.
Team day
At Haldbjerg, we can organize the perfect team day for your team. It may be that your team is new and need to get to know each other. Or that team members need to find new ways of collaborating and communicating.
If you need break out rooms, our shelters are furnished with tables, these can accommodate smaller groups of 4-6 people.
Our partners can offer everything from process facilitation, using preference profiles, e.g. Insights Discovery, MBTI, NBI/HBDI, climbing the old oak trees, guided tours in the area on foot or by mountain bike, gathering of herbs in the woods, and gourmet food from the bon-fire.
Bringing the team together - half day
Meet up at Haldbjerg, enjoy a morning or afternoon session together and wind up together with a nice lunch or dinner. Combine your business meeting with a walk in nature, a wine/beer tasting or a visit to the nearby whiskey and gin distillery.

Anniversaries and receptions
Our spacious teepee, fire cabins or star tents create an atmospheric setting for special events. We will do our utmost to make your event a long lasting experience for you and your guests. We can setup the facilities to your liking and can bring in the best food professionals from our network. If you are in good time, you might even be able to have you own “brew” brewed and have it served as draft beer on the day.
Bachelor party
Let us assist you to put together a program that suits your group, whether your stay should include soaking up in the wilderness bath or an adrenaline-creating climbing in the old oak trees. For inspiration see our activities. End the day with a nice meal box for cooking a good meal together over the bon-fire and cozying up in the glow of the flames.
A meeting or gathering with overnight stay
Experience the feeling of togetherness and closeness to nature around the bon-fire and wake up to sunrise over Gribskov and a quiet Solbjerg Engsø.
Accommodation in one of our shelters, a tent, our teepees or in a hammock are all good choices for a great stay. For those of you who do need a bed, we have agreements with nearby hotels and can arrange transport.
